1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order enters processing, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us with your Order ID.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Size-related issues

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective product received

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your Order ID and clear images of the issue.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be provided at our discretion.

3. No Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

  • Exchanges are only available under the conditions mentioned above.

4. Custom & Limited Edition Products

  • Custom-made, personalized, and limited-edition products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless a manufacturing defect is found.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video proof.

5. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products that have been washed, altered, worn, or used after delivery

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

6. Shipping Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping across India.

  • COD Orders: Additional charges may apply at checkout.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on location and courier service availability.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during high-demand periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
