  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation

  • Certain orders, especially Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, may require confirmation via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before dispatch.

  • Orders that remain unconfirmed may be cancelled or delayed.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Walhalaa ships only within India.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Customers can use the tracking information to monitor their shipment status.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours.

  • Walhalaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.
